The Challenge

This healthcare staffing company was drowning in timesheets. Hundreds every week — some handwritten, some photographed on someone's phone, some scanned PDFs. Their team was spending hours every day just reading these things and typing shift data into their system. Mistakes were constant, payroll was always delayed.

Our Approach

We built an AI agent that reads timesheets regardless of format. It looks at the document, figures out where the dates, hours, and employee names are, pulls that data out, checks it against known placements, and spits out clean structured data ready for payroll. What used to take their team hours now takes minutes.
