The Challenge
Factory operators needed to set up visual inspection workflows — things like "take a photo from this camera, classify the defect, flag it if it is bad" — but none of them are developers. The platform had to be drag-and-drop simple with live camera feeds.
Our Approach
We built 9+ modules that you can drag onto a canvas and connect together — classification, segmentation, detection, camera input, alerts. Hooked up live camera feeds through MQTT and ffmpeg. The factory floor operators can now build and modify their own inspection pipelines without calling us.
