The Challenge
A US-based technology company needed to scale their engineering capacity without the cost and time of hiring full-time developers domestically. They had senior architects and CTOs on their side but needed reliable developers who could take direction, write production-quality code, and work within their existing processes — not a separate vendor who needs hand-holding.
Our Approach
We embedded our developers directly into their team. Same Slack channels, same Git repos, same sprint ceremonies. Their architects set the direction and review the work, our team executes. We overlap with their timezone for at least 2-3 hours daily for standups and collaboration. Over time we have worked across multiple client projects with them — healthcare AI tools, data platforms, and web applications. The relationship is month-to-month with no long-term contract because the work speaks for itself.
